For user provisioning,  please select “Users” from the left side menu.

Click on the blue “+Add User” button on the top right side of your screen to add a new user.

Please fill out the mandatory fields and click the “Save”.

 

You can edit a user by clicking on that user from the user list. The following window will appear. Make edits or click on the buttons on the top of the page to “Delete User“, “Resend Activation Email“, or “Suspend Access”.

Assign Admin Privilege
To change and assign admin privilege to users or group, click on “Admins” tab from the left side menu.

Click on “Level of Privilege” to choose the admin level you like to see or edit.

You can click on “Remove” to delete a user privilege.

Click on “Assign Privilege to User” green button to change the privilege level of users.

The following window will appear. To assign users or groups, click on the “User” or “Group” tab and choose a user/group and click on “Save“.

Manage Groups
For Group provisioning, select “Groups” from the left side menu.

To add a new group, add the new group name to “+Add New Group” box and click on “+” blue button.

The Assign Members window will appear. You can assign users to a group by searching for users and selecting the user. Don’t forget to Save.

For managing roles, select “Users” from the left side menu and then choose “Roles” from the submenu.

You can create a new role, simply enter the new role in the “Add New Role”  field and click on the green “+” button.

The Assign User window will appear. You can assign users/groups by searching for users/groups, selecting them and then clicking on “save“.

Geo-Fencing
To assign a geofencing policy, click on “Policy” on the left side menu and then select “Geofencing” from the submenu.

Create Safe Green Zone Geofencing

 Click on the “+Create Green Area” button.

 

Add new Green Zone by entering an address in the search box. You may name the policy by entering a name in “Tag Name” box. Simply click on “Save” when you are done.

You can adjust the area of the Green Zone or Red Zone by dragging the handle of the circle on the map.

You may also set a Geofencing policy based on region. Click on “Region” tab. Select the target safe country, state, or city and “Save”.

 Once you click on save, another window consequently will appear. Click on “Setup Policy here” to activate and manage the policy setting.

You will get directed to the Manage Policy page. Click on “+New Policy”  to continue setting up the policy.

Add the “Policy Name“ and select the saved “Geo-fences” policy that you just created from the drop-down menu. If needed, assign “IP Addresses“ and “Policy-Level” and continue customization. “Save” the changes.

 

You may also add a “Policy Time Range“. 

 

The policy can be “Permanent Policy” or “Temporary Policy“. If you choose a Temporary Policy, select a date and click on “Apply“.

Create Red Zone Geofencing

Click on “Policy” on the left side menu and then select “Geofencing” from the submenu. Click on the “+Create Red Area”.

 

Add an address in the search box. You may assign the policy name in the “Tag Name” box. Then simply “save” it.

Red zones and regions will automatically apply to all users and applications and block all users’ access from blacklisted locations.

For choosing the Red Area based on a region, click on “Region” tab and enter the country, state, or the city you wish to block.

Edit Geofencing policies

For editing any geofence, select the Green/Red Area from the list.

Make changes or click on “Delete” button to delete that policy.

A Geofence policy is inactive unless assigned to users/ applications.

To activate a geofence policy and manage the access of that policy anytime, click on “Access” menu on the left side menu and customize your policy. Click here to learn more about assigning geofence policies and managing access policies.

To manage devices, select “Devices” from the left side menu. You can view statistics on the devices used in your organization.

To lock or unlock a device, search for the name that you intend to lock in the search box.
